  Ok folks, got a strange one. I was going to have them put up a new screen door an I told the guy I would go buy it Monday and get the paperwork to him. His response was ok. Well, he took it as if I made the install date Monday as well. We never set a date for install. So I get this text last night saying I blew him off and that they have a new policy (never told me) that they are going to charge me 250 bucks for missing the appointment. Then they said he missed a "big" job to do mine so they want to charge me for that lost work too. He sicked his wife on me because he is not enough of a man to address the situation. She is incoherent for most of the conversation and finally threatened a lien against my house for work NOT done. So if you hire these people for ANYTHING I would just contact your attorney ahead of time so you can fight off their fraudulent liens. Sad thing is I had a deck and windows to do. He just lost about 10k in work. Just be warned. I am getting an attorney.
